Refund and Returns Policy
At Exflare.store, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases of scrub uniforms. If you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help! Below are the guidelines for our refund and returns process.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your scrub uniforms must meet the following conditions:
– Unused and in their original condition, as received.
– Original packaging must be intact.
Please note: We do not accept returns for the following items:
– Gift cards
– Customized or personalized scrub uniforms
– Sale items (unless defective or damaged)
– Items not in their original condition due to reasons beyond our error.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
Please do not send your items back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed and issued to your original method of payment within a reasonable period.
Refunds will not include shipping costs, as these are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received yet, follow these steps:
1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.
3. Contact your bank for further clarification.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@exflare.store.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at support@exflare.store.
Gifts
If your purchase was marked as a gift during checkout, a gift credit will be issued for the value of your return. Once your return is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your item, mail it to the address that will be provided to you.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned product.
